We are pleased to announce that the merging of the Thebe Ya Bophelo (Pty) Ltd (TYB) business into PROVIDENCE Healthcare Risk Managers (Pty) Ltd was recently completed and the name has been changed to Momentum Thebe Ya Bophelo (Pty) Ltd (Momentum TYB).

TYB is owned by the pioneering black empowerment business Thebe Investment Corporation and is now a 48% shareholder in MomTYB. The combined business not only creates an empowered healthcare administrator and managed care business, but also brings together extensive skills, knowledge and experience in the management of quality cost-effective care.
